Note: Shipping promotions are valid on Standard Shipping to the 48 Contiguous States ONLY unless otherwise stated. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from any FREE or reduced shipping offers.

International Shipping

Order Processing

You will receive an email notification verifying that your product(s) has been shipped when any part of your order ships. Because of this, orders with multiple items might arrive in different boxes on different days.

Tax & Tax Exempt Orders

Corelle Brands collects and remits sales tax in all states which have sales tax, plus the District of Columbia. Sales tax is based on the location of the shipping address. For a tax-exempt order, please call our Customer Care Center at 1-800-999-3436 to place your order. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 10am–4pm EST.

Shipping Carrier

  • Orders more than 7lbs but less than 150lbs will ship via UPS Ground.

  • Orders less than 7lbs will ship via UPS SurePost® (utilizing U.S. Postal Service® for final delivery).

  • Orders of 150lbs or more may ship via a specialty carrier and may post additional shipping charges.

Weekend Delivery

Orders will not be delivered on weekends or holidays by UPS Ground. Orders that ship via UPS SurePost® may be delivered on Saturdays by USPS.

  • Shipping promotions will show as a Shipping Discount on your order.

  • FREE, FLAT or DISCOUNTED shipping offers are valid on STANDARD SHIPPING ONLY, unless otherwise specified, to the 48 contiguous UNITED STATES.

  • These offers are NOT available on shipping to Canada, Hawaii or Alaska.

  • Offers applied using a coupon code CANNOT be combined with any other coupon offer. However, they may be combined with special offers like BOGO, BUY # SAVE # and other system applied discounts.

  • Offers DO NOT apply to orders over $1,000 unless otherwise specified.

Free Shipping Offers

  • Valid on all orders, regardless of order total.

  • Gift cards and free items are not applicable to order total.

Flat Rate Shipping Offers

  • Not applicable, as all orders ship free.

Shipping Surcharges

Some items come with a special surcharge that is charged above and beyond the shipping cost of the order. These surcharges ARE NOT discounted as part of a FREE, FLAT or DISCOUNTED shipping promotion, unless otherwise specified. The surcharge is a fixed charge based on an item’s weight and/or size.
